What coin?
Each level has it's own coin. They're very well hidden and at least when I played there was no walkthrough. Gather all and unlock the secret ending!!!

Don't be. It's totally worth it. I think I was one of the first (maybe the 1st) to get all coins since no one else commented about the secret ending. I can give you tips on how to catch all.
